Booking Policies
- Rates on ALL accommodations are based on 2 adults.
- Additional Guests 13+ are $15.00/night
- Pets are welcome at $15.00/night
- Cottage 1 - 6 Bookings are a minimum of three nights.
- Cottage 7 Bookings are a minimum of five nights.
- Accommodations include free boat launch.
- Bookings 5 nights or more get free dock space
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later (please confirm ETA)
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. or earlier
- Please leave the key in cottage; on counter top
- Parking – 1 vehicle/cottage; other vehicles to park in designated areas

- All Bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit/cottage
- All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
- Visa, MasterCard, Interact, Money Transfer or Cash are accepted. (No Cheques)
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- Booking Cancellations: Non-refundable deposits can be used as a credit towards a future booking made within 12 months of the cancelled booking (based on availability)
