Winter Napping

With cold, short days, winter is the best time to nap. Whether you love a good nap or struggle with daytime dozing, we have a great list of tips to help you nap better this winter.

1) Create a restful environment: warm blankets and a dark room

2) Plan your naps: mid afternoon is best, and not for longer than 20-30 minutes

3) Set aside "recovery" time: if you happen to take a longer nap make sure you have time for feeling groggy

4) Set a nap curfew: don't nap within 4 hours before bedtime

5) If you don't have time, relax instead

6) Try to copy vacation mode: the more you're relaxed the better you'll nap

Hope you all enjoy your afternoon cat-naps.
