In the summer it is only a short stroll to Lake Lauzon Public Beach. Packing a lunch and walking to the beach is a great way of getting out and enjoying the sun. As one of my favourite things, Lake Lauzon beach is a perfect spot for families. There are picnic tables, a playground, a public boat launch and washrooms available to the public. If you are looking for a grander beach outing, Lake Huron and Four Sands Beach is only a 5 minute drive west toward Blind River.
