It’s as easy as it sounds. Bring your flavorful, seasoned broth to a low-medium simmer. 
Place cleaned, boneless, skinless fish in broth. Simmer for 2-4 minutes or until you see it flake.
Place poached fish on a napkin to gather excess liquid, and season with salt and pepper.
Best served with bright & peppery vegetables!
