Grilled Fish Recipe



"Grilled fish is by far my favorite."

This recipe can be used over a barbeque, or a campfire fashioned with a rotisserie (a fancy name for fish on a stick)

Whole fish, descaled, cleaned, with head on
1 lemon
4 sprigs of thyme
1 pat of butter
½ chili, sliced (optional

Using a sharp knife, 3 slices on each side of the fish. Make sure you’re just cutting flesh.
Season outside of fish with salt, pepper and rub with oil
Place sliced lemon, thyme, chili and butter inside fish. 
Place whole fish on medium grill. Close lid.
Let cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Remove & enjoy your grilled fish!
