Fish Chowder Recipe

A good use for the fish stock recipe posted earlier. Simple & delicious.

¼ lb butter, cubed
2 onions, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 cloves of garlic, left whole
6 sprigs of thyme
½ orange
½ cup of flour
4L fish stock
½ lb of any fish, flaked (use smoked fish for a wonderful variation)
½ cup 10% cream
Season with Salt & Pepper

Adjust consistency of the soup to your taste. You can also use any type of stock for this recipe.
